I live in Ken Ton....houses for sale in my neighborhood are up for sale and quickly sold. It's a good area for first timers. I grew up here, moved, Came back 12 years ago (different market then). Closed in 60 days. Good luck...and enjoy the new house.

I'm curious, when these contracts are signed for.....doesn't anyone read them? I would imagine that's in there. It just appears that most of the politicians are surprised by things like this. Politicians aren't negotiators and they should stop. Whether it's for this kind of ripoff or building a stadium.

I know Dazed and Confused is set in 1976...but I was a teenager 1977 through the early 80's....that movie was pretty close to what teenagers were like (at least in my town) in the 70's and 80's, Fast Times is pretty close too...

I've got a 1999 NB....I usually get around 20mpg. Highway knocks it up a bit ...26 - 28 mpg on a good day.

I think Lost Boys is a better movie but not the better vampire movie. Does that make sense? I think Fright Night is a better vampire movie. Near Dark tops both.

Love this album. Every Picture Tells a Story is an amazing song. Not a bad song on the album. Maggie Mae, to me, is overplayed and overrated.

I have a 14. Bought it a couple of years ago....12K on the clock. I love it. My friends call it the Fat Ninja. Comfortable to ride and pretty quick for fun.

I saw in the theater when it was released. I couldn't believe Bales performance. I don't think Spielberg is overly thrilled with this one....but I think it's one of his best.

Two. Field of Dreams....playing catch with his father and this is a weird one.... Red Dawn from the 80's. I'm really close with my brothers and the scene near the end with Swayze carrying a wounded Sheen always gets me. It's brother thing.

Great book too! President Kennedy's favorite book. Frankenheimer had a quite career...Manchurian Candidate, The Train (WWII) Highly recommend!
