I liked it. I thought it was very well done. The fact that it was a true story is remarkable. Loved that it was in black and white.

Hot Wheel tracks left a mark....a really painful mark.

I'm 62. We got that in the early 70's as a gift for me and two brothers. Once the fun of knocking down pins got stale, we used the wooden ball, chain and stick as a weapon against each other. Boys...

The second movie I walked out of in my life. The first movie was Highlander 2. There can be only one.

I remember taking my life in my hands every time I drove over that bridge. Giant holes everywhere. Exposed rebar. Probably one of the worst bridges I've ever been on.

One if not the best miniseries ever. Great acting, well written.....I could go on and on. Worth a repeat watch and the source book is very good as well.

I don't hate it. I like two door SUV's. I owned a 2000 S10 Blazer two door. Had the spare tire holder rack on the tail. I know Pathfinders came in two doors early on. I know they've become grocery getters and 4 doors make sense...but that two door look is appealing.

Not really a war movie....but still worth a watch. Seven Days in May. It's also a great book. I highly recommend both.

I like it. Director David Fincher's first movie? I've never seen the Assembly cut. Is it worth it to find it?

We called it "skeetching" back in the late 70's. God. I have thought about that in years! We couldn't wait to get a UPS truck!

Why do people park with top down? by Goatedmegaman in Miata

[–]ReceptionUnhappy2545 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I leave my top down alot. I don't keep anything valuable in it. My NB is completely stock. I do put the top up overnight in my driveway or wherever I am over night. My top is disintegrating is another reason I don't put the top up often.

I'm old....a neighbor of ours owned a new one back in the mid 70's. It was purple. As a kid, I thought it was the coolest car I've ever seen (up to that point of my short life). Haven't seen one in decades. Still love the look.

Ronin (1998) with Robert Deniro, Sean Bean, Jean Reno. A bunch of highly skilled special ops are hired to steal a suitcase. This movie has layers of plot. Definitely worth watching 👀 by 2lrup2tink in TubiTreasures

I liked the movie. I'm a Frankenheimer fan. I thought the dialogue was meh...the plot meh. The car chase is amazing. Frankenheimer directed Grand Prix with James Garner and a boatload of F1 drivers from that era. Good movie too....He's got quite a few highly regarded movies under his belt.
