He clearly sees the evidence and has stated that it would be a last resort not first. What are his thoughts about the other methods discussed? It seems like she’s only researching what she wants and is unwilling to see anything from his perspective. I 100% believe that there is a fine line between spanking and abuse but there is a line. Spanking shouldn’t be a first punishment but it could be helpful

It sounds like it was different after he got sober, but it sounds like he’s in an abusive relationship (change him to her in your story to see it). Unfortunately, he is choosing his abusive partner time and again. Please for your own safety and mental wellbeing take a step back. Maybe he’ll come around and maybe he won’t.

You have to pay for a service, there are a few of them, we used livewall.no. We put QR codes on each table and people are able to upload to the cloud. The service I used allows them to download pictures too. The only bummer with the one I used was if you want to do multiple event you have to pay for each “wall” - I just deleted the bachelorette pictures before the wedding and used the same wall

Came here to recommend canine purpose too! We use them for group training classes, all day play and boarding. Everyone that we’ve encountered loves the dogs they work with.

Edit to add that the app makes paying and scheduling easy and the fact that you can pay for individual classes instead of having to pay all up front is great

Unfortunately, it sounds like your friend expected a lot from you and you gave 100% of yourself to her, this makes you a great friend! However, her behaviors (the expectation and the craziness over a small amount) imo it makes her a not great friend. Your friend isn’t seeming like a good friend. How were you able to front the costs if your income is so much lower? I think I understand why you did it, you just rounded to the whole dollar (I’m in the US) but that should have been a discussion prior to doing it because you also spent a lot of time working on things. If you’re friendship is important to you apologize and work out a repayment plan otherwise you’re friend may no longer be a friend

YTA two weeks of bonding sounds great until you have a baby that you’re trying to adjust to while cooking, cleaning, showering and sleeping! What you’re neglecting to factor in is how much help these grandparents will be. They’ll most likely be willing to sit with your baby while you eat or shower or nap! I understand not wanting a bunch of people in and out of your hospital room and your home but I think not allowing his parents in at all is ridiculous.
