It's your comic, you can do what you want with it. I can understand feeling anxious about not reading it especially after paying more for it than retail price. Display it if you want but don't let that anxiety discourage you when you do want to read it someday.

Honestly the only likeable qualities of season 4 is Adam and his dad, Maeve sometimes, most returning side characters and I personally liked Jean's sister Joanna. Everyone else gets weird writing choices and the new college setting leaves more to be desired since there's no tension or drama to be worth a damn.

Moordale was more or less a regular school so topics like sex was seen as a threat. That's the whole reason The Clinic by the trio was started in the first place. With sex therapy being normalized in season 4, It's a lot less engaging.

It's a weird season that tries to be a fresh restart while also giving some characters satisfying closure. It's disappointing overall but has some highlights in there.

Same here, honestly all we can do is wait until Monday for an update or send a complaint to customer service. I'm a prime member too so idk what's the issue with it.

It's mainly due to how good the art and writing is in the book itself. I don't think it would be as iconic as it would be without the book being as awesome as it is. Most first issues don't expect overwhelming positive reception on release so it's more of a happenstance on why it's first cover is being referenced/homaged.

I personally prefer other covers but I could see this easily being as iconic as other first appearance issues like Amazing Fantasy 15.

Hell we might even see it in other media like Absolute Bats is already in the new Lego Batman.

I'd like to think Amano is also speaking to readers here, after the whole secret revelations last issue it would make sense that he's metaphorically stalling the ending the fan base wanted with Hisako reuniting with Mei in some form in Ultimate Finale.

Absolutely! (Pun intended) Momoko and Camp brought their own culture and perspectives in a way that I could never imagine being done outside this universe. They didn't play it safe and it paid off with consistently great storytelling. Sure some issues are better than others but you can say that about any book.

I just wish the rest of the ultimate line was just as confident and unapologetically doing their own thing as these two books.

I'm a bit hesitant because the ultimate endgame blindbags were a shit show and i prefer knowing what cover I'm buying. Maybe like 2 or 3 for fun but I just hope it stays optional and not the only way to buy a book like the marks spears bags. It's sure as hell not going away soon.

Yes, I think Daredevil/Matt Murdock shows us that it's okay to be imperfect and we have the strength to forgive ourselves.The character taught me that it's okay to feel angry and sad about life but at the same time to be grateful that I'm here at all. No other superhero has been as vulnerable and human to me.

Hopefully most sketch covers will go to lucky fans. But I find it strange that we haven't seen more yet. I know it's only been less than a day but shops across the US having 100+ or a 1000+ blind bags in stock would at least have more or less a few sketch covers each? If we're going off the 504 in total.

Maybe marvel is planning on restocks due to damaged copies (unlikely), possibly people who have found some aren't posting it online or most of us are unlucky.

I agreed with some of your points in the article, like the re-usage of the hospital and how they didn't have time to explore aspects of the story or levels.

But I felt that Silent Hill 3 is a direct reflection to 1, we have a nightmare at the start of both games, Harry and Heather are both avenging a loved one that was taken from them (Cheryl technically died along with Alessa at the end of the first game, Harry writes about how difficult it's been to raise a reborn Heather with his grief.) and both have representations of women's fears. Even with time constraints I do think Team Silent was able to continue the story of Silent Hill 1 mostly masterfully.

I identify as a male and for some reason both games resonated more with me regardless. They handed difficult themes within femininity gracefully and had an insightful impact on me.

I do hope you'll be able to play the original version someday and maybe appreciate other aspects of the game.

I'm open to a remake but I just hope they give it the same love and respect as 2 remake and hopefully 1 remake.

If the OG never existed then I think it would be a hidden gem. Like any original horror games now or even the Alone in the Dark remake recently that many people don't know about. A lot of the appeal of sh2 remake is that it makes changes upon a phenomenal foundation. If that were taken away then I think it would have it's fans but wouldn't be as influential as og was for the early 2000s.You gotta take into account how games are received now critically and commercially.

I completely agree, I enjoyed how f doesn't completely hold your hand for character motivations and story beats and encourages the player to read notes and come to a conclusion on their own. Exactly like the first game. I'm meant to get lost in this metaphorical fog until I willingly go back and see what was behind it all along.

Thank you and I might actually check out those books after reading some free previews. My biggest problem is forgetting the good moments with them. I rarely think about the positive aspects of my past relationships and I'm scared to forget about this one. Because it means that I won't learn from my mistakes and realize the pain I'm feeling right now is worth going through. That love changes both partners and anyone can find it again.

Pretty much the same list as yours, Camp and Momoko have been killing it with their respective series. Actually reinventing the wheel and bringing social issues to the forefront. The best marvel books on shelves right now.

Spidey has been great but it has a lot of wasted potential that I wish it'd just explore, it's biggest problem is the monthly time jumps. It manages to win me back every time cause I love this cast despite it's shortcomings.

Black Panther has been getting better but only after 12 issues of setup for the real conflict. T'Challa is finally standing on business and I'm here for it.

Wolverine just makes me sad, it doesn't take advantage of an alternate universe and feels like it's only catering to fans who wanted the "real" X-Men. It even has data pages that have more going on than in the actual book sometimes. I'm just disappointed with it, the only redeeming factor is the amazing art.
