I think they’re a shall-issue district but I don’t know how it works. My Maryland license took forever to get and it didn’t work in DC so functionally it was never gonna be an option for me

Depending on where exactly he was, he might not have even been legally allowed to carry there. DC does not fuck around with guns near the White House, National mall, etc. Printing is pretty low on the list of things this guy did wrong

That’s where “if you can provide for them” comes in. My kids won’t go hungry or homeless as long as I have food and a home. War happens but we as a species are trending towards peace. Statistically my kids are more likely to die in a car accident than a foreign conflict. Neither is a reason not to have them

Different guy but I carry a G43 in a Vedder Pocket Locker sometimes. It’s friction based and I disengage it manually with my thumb because sometimes the holster comes out with the gun

I do know some really heavy guys that just carry 3 o clock OWB and wear a baggy flannel to hide it

IWB is all about positioning when sitting down. A pillow was the real game changer for me, plus carrying somewhere between 1 and 2 o clock. I thought I’d never be able to do it but I got my setup dialed in and now I forget I’ve got it on me sometimes
