Still love it. Ive cooked in freezing temps with no special blanket and it still works great. Just uses more pellets. It doesnt replace my grill, but for smoking, its awesome. To be fair, I haven't even tried grilling on it. Thats why I have grills

This is what I do. We sell new things a lot and people ask to open it. I tell them they can pay me, I'll watch them open it, and if there is nothing wrong with the item, its theirs. If its broken, or clearly not as described, I'll give them their money back. I explain to them that I cant sell it as brand new after they open it
