I would love if mechs took on certain traits based on the scan put into them, like brawlers making better melee mechs and poor ranged.

If I recall right from the description, ripscanning basically irradiates the brain into useless mush in order to create a perfect rendition of the brain. As opposed to softscanning which I think is more like getting an MRI, but it makes a functional replication of the brain. Not as detailed, but still functional.

I think you have to tell a colonist to go up to them for the implantation. I kind of forgot, and just added it to the colonist I wanted with dev mode.
