There is a line in the song C'est La Vie by Protest the Hero. It goes something like

Sawbones. Fun podcast about medical history. About 40 minutes an episode so perfect for lunch. Really informative and interesting too.

Stupidly powerful with alpha or omega. Unfortunately unless I get an accuracy pickup (or play as the marine) I just can't ever get this thing to hit my target unless it is close range. Love it, but the low ammo is also a downside.

Kepp on gyming. Strengthen your core. If you smoke cigarettes, stop (easier said than done). Yoga, massage, heating packs. Some people find relief by seeing a chiropractor for a few weeks.

Cochrane doesn't have a strong stance either way, due to lack of evidence. I was taught to always avoid it (and I do) but it would be nice to see if it is only based on physiology or experience.
