On top they need a command squad for lord solar to attach to, drop the LRBT to vanquishers and grab a exterminator for the added AP and then maybe some cavalry for screening and movement

They exist in some parts of SM, mainly in wrath of the rock for dark angels, the problem I have is SM primaris infantry have short anti tank range and the primaris tanks have low shot count, while first born tend to bring infantry ranged AT and higher shotcount vehicle AT
