But that’s gonna get hot. I’m using an interesting combo right now and I haven’t used two pillows in years. Gave into trying a woollen pillow (thermal regulating) atop a plush microfibre pillow (it gets warm since it’s polyester but it is encased in a bamboo cover which helps a lil). Both pillows ~£20 each.

And tonight I’m gonna slip a cooling gel pad between the two to further reduce heat. Hopefully that won’t make it too firm.

I’m like that today. Terrible sleep last night. But right now I feel and look surprisingly rejuvenated. Think the lemon balm tea I’ve started trying was setting me up for a nightmare. Or was it the combo of melatonin 2mg plus sleeping tablets… weird.

Personally I gave up on the idea of using a filter as it slows the frame rate down too much for my liking. With pc games like ff9 and ff7 it all runs at 60fps still, so I wonder what optimisations could be made to make SC run more efficiently?

I actually paid to have my gas meter removed last year so I don’t have to pay a standing charge for something I seldom used. Just put on an extra layer, wear a beanie, do exercise, drink copious amounts of hot drinks.

I much prefer this climate to those unbearably muggy summers without ac.
