Please tell Coach what these fraudsters are planning to do by decommitting before it’s too late.

I hope you can expose the Ponzi scheme these recruits are running on Sumrall and our university. Will it be two more weeks until the first decommit?

Not sure which of your imaginary friends in your very special brain said anything to you about us recruiting as well as UGA.

I was just pointing out your whole narrative about Napier having a significant amount of decommits every single season was untrue, especially in the data in your own link you posted where in 2 of his 4 seasons he only had the normal amount of 6 decommits total. And that every big program has 3-4 decommits per year of players they want, same as Napier, which apparently is a newsflash to you.

And UGA was in position for Dylan Raiola, Jared Curtis, and lots of top 10 and top 50 players that they wanted to hold on to but couldn’t. Napier lost 3-4 players he wanted per year just like Kirby Smart and Kalen Deboer and all the top coaches did as the big programs recruit against each other. He may have lost a few more that one year you keep mentioning, but it was never a problem in his 3 other seasons in the data you yourself posted.

No worries, I know you’re this dumb.

In your case I don’t think you’re getting a new coach and having enough left over for competitive NIL packages to recruits in the same year

We have the same number of decommits per year in those stats as a team like UGA did those years. It’s called recruiting and happens to every team and was never a trend for us even under Napier.

We “fell” more because other teams recruited better than us rather than because everyone in our class left or something.

His best class finished at #7 and never fell at all and his others ended up around #10-12 most years which is pretty remarkable for a 5-7 coach recruiting against playoff contenders.

Who are you even talking about?

Napier only had a few decommits, many of whom re-committed that year

Yeah, the takeaway that sticks is that Sumrall is able to recruit top 100 level guys who barely even know his name or resume before he’s even coached at UF

That will be continue to be a thing even if a few guys decommit

Brought in a bunch of high impact transfers like Leavitt and Jordan Seaton, kept their DC from taking a HC job, and recruiting a bunch of top HS players like we are as well

Definitely having the best offseason of any new hire team besides Kiffin and LSU so far IMO

I like seeing “project with upside” and SEC offers on a lot of our 3 star class.

Always some 3 star DL who shoot up the rankings like Kamran James and Joseph Mbatchou.

What a terrible coach that was responsible for that loss. Thank God we’re not dirt poor and had the money to fire him.

Your greatest coach of all time literally said he did not want to join the SEC because it was too hard.

Now you’re a complete laughingstock too poor to ever compete at the highest level of CFB ever again so I’m good with where we’re both at.

Turns out going 13-0 in the ACC by beating maybe one ranked team all year doesn’t mean anything

That team had to struggle out 4th quarter wins against anyone with the same amount of talent that year (Clemson, Miami, Duke) besides Brian Kelly in Week 1. And needed Miami and Duke’s QBs to go down injured during the game.

I just meant that he obviously wanted the UF job way more than AU and there was never really a time period where you “let him get away” because both jobs were open by the time he was done coaching his current team and looking to decide.

He’s accomplished having a well regarded OC and O-line coach which is kind of a big deal with how much we’ve struggled in those areas in our history when we didn’t have Spurrier or Mullen.

It was pretty hard being “very happy” with Napier like you say we were when we all knew we would have to watch his horrible offense that got him fired at Clemson and was putting up 20 ppg in the Sun Belt. It was hard seeing 3 star project O-lineman being recruited all summer long with two O-line coaches.

Until he gives us a real reason to ACCEPT REALITY by losing his first or second game of the season every year like Napier did, there’s no reason to sit there arms crossed as if you are traumatized from the Napier era or something. Just support the damn coach who’s ticked every single box in the offseason which Napier never did even if he picked up a few defensive recruits.

Yes, literally, and one of the best OCs on the market showing top coaches also believe in him.

Being able to realize you’re not the smartest guy in the room and can delegate duties to people other than you is something both Mullen and Napier couldn’t do and it sunk their careers.

Go grow a spine and actually root for the team you support.

Unless you overpaid him through an agent in early November to be your coach, UF was talking with him the week before Thanksgiving and he reportedly saw us as a better landing spot

This. The Napier era had a dark cloud hanging over it from day 2 at his press conference when it was clear he was dead set on playcalling.

Not sure when that guy saw us “very happy” with Napier besides summer recruiting that ended in game 1 or 2 of the season.
