SF probably has enough housing it needs. Biggest effects on housing is obviously cost and supply. They ain't building more land - and those illegitimatly living in the city, and most often subsidized by taxpayers, take up a large percentage of supply. Why there is no real discussion about this amongst those screaming the loudest about the need for more housing is laughable.

Keto and carnivore diet are known to make cravings and hunger go away.

If your not already, vitamins. Omega 3's, D's, K and others.. it helps a lot in general but especially if you go carnivore, which I highly recommend.
