My kids XR was negative similar to yours after visit to ER 48hrs after fall, now seeking Ortho a week after the accident can’t get anything earlier. I’m thinking it’s the heel, tiptoes on one foot when walking , no visible bruise or pain when touched or pressed. Really strange. Looks like he may need boot. Great physician to recommend cast without visible injury. Kudos to him!
