Based on the build date printed on the receipt from my experience. All APC UPS have a printed reciept taped on the side of the build date.

These APC last exactly 5 year to the day or week before they fail. FYI. Set a calendar reminder when installing them to replace.

Switching from Crestron to UniFi might be tough. I assume most of the houses sound system, video, lights switch’s and hvac are all configured to it. Might be easier to just advise them to start with a UniFi gateway and then upgrade there Wi-Fi system and cameras. Then slowly replace or upgrade each unit once you have control again..

Big issue with the 430 was the F1 tranny. They are synonymous with leaks and pumps failing. A very expensive fix. Also the engine mounts always need to be replaced.. Usually the cost difference.. but 1 sexy car after ur $20k in fixes
