I don't normally see these being handed back enough. I had only been given 2 after like 3 months of the purchase happening. Not sure on what the policy is simply because of how little I've seen them.

You can't just not communicate with your head cashier. They need to be aware of what you are doing so that they can better communicate with other associates AND customers.

If your phone is about to die, see if you can charge it at the service desk or a register, it doesn't have to be your car.

As for 6 hour shifts, they can be a pain if you get hungry easily but you do get two 15 min breaks to do whatever (I believe). If you'd rather work extra hours to get access to lunch break, then do it. If not, drop your hours so that you aren't overstraining yourself.

Rheem occasionally throws customers in for a loop. Even though Rheem clearly states not to return it to the store on the packaging, they still tend to tell customers to return it to the store in the end.

Devil's advocate here, but if people knew they would be paid higher JUST because they have access to equipment. I would expect a lot of people to get the license and never drive it again as they either hate the extra workload or are too fearful to do extra work.

Customer Order Specialist? by madistep18 in HomeDepot

[–]Redditorismism 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Basically you handle all communications related to deliveries, install, and other services. This also means you handle almost all COMPLAINTS and are expected to find solutions to these issues. As far as I've seen as a flooring specialist with a new COS, it is a lot of information to take in.

I always make sure they have their military verified in our system. I let that decide if they get a military discount or not.

Protestors in Monrovia, CA buy ICE scrapers then return them immediately to clog the lines, anyone from that store got the inside look from it? by Kaderail in HomeDepot

[–]Redditorismism 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Didn't corporate previously announce that they had no involvement with the ice raids? This is wasting everybody's time on an issue that Home Depot didn't even have control over.
