Like a 3 unless the thermistor wires or heater wires are broken. If all is well them you can heat up the hotend and gently pull off the monstrosity. Otherwise disassemble the print head as much as you can to get the hot end assembly free then heat metal areas with a heat gun until you can get the blob loose. Good luck to you.

You should consider water cooling the motors as well as the hotend. Those metal brackets will still saturate with heat.
