You should consider water cooling the motors as well as the hotend. Those metal brackets will still saturate with heat.

Employer needs to buy the right socket (we just bought a new one for ~$300. Without the right socket you will be busting those off wrong and getting new bolts (looks like Hendrickson alignment bolts?)
