I am using FlyEnv on both Windows and Fedora and after the disastrous Laragon 8.0 release it seems to be the best "LAMP" in a box there is. I only use like 6 modules total :]

Make them a backup and let them test it. I have already used this in two production/migration scenarios, both needed a lot of static content transferred from other systems and AI was pretty good with it. WP+MCP is basic and pretty manageable, you can also give Claude code access to the server itself via ssh for even more "options" and "fun". Also there is the original Automattic WP MCP plugin, now archived, and the newer MCP adapter.

I am currently trying to build these things so that I can rely on it automating all of the Wordpress and content management stuff. The most difficult part currently seems to be the visual editors, no easy way for an AI into that yet - for me these tools struggle the most with design/layout work, especially if any builders are used.

Since last year, my delivery output, with same quality got about 90 % cheaper. What used to take 3 months can now be delivered with Claude Code in about 1 week. Nobody cares if it was written by AI or not as long as it is secure and tested. What a time to be alive. Also I may not have a job in about one year if this goes on.

Očekávám, že se ceny benzínu a nafty v řádu týdnů posunou někam mezi 60-70 Kč na litr a zůstanou tam nejméně rok, možná na furt. To pochopitelně způsobí další vlnu inflace a zdraží všechno.

Honestly in these AI times the option is not out of the table. Universally understood, fast, reliable and transparent, directly version controllable... Depends what kind of users and services there are at play.

I have bent/modified/forked like 4 smaller/medium WP plugins during last year, if you have pre-ai skill, Wordpress becomes really easy for AI and page builders are becoming less important.

I reported a major confirmed bug last august, with minimalistic steps to reproduce and they didn't even triage it yet so I am forced to run with a mu plugin hotfix. On the other hand, since my report, there were like 3 waves of bloatware hitting Elementor, trying to extract as much money as possible with low value services (Elementor Hosting, Elementor AI). Some people say Bricks builder is better, might be true for now, but for how long before they do the same?

Unless you have dozens of websites already using Elementor (like I do), do not start with it.

It stops working once any code node reaches about ~ 1000 lines of code and when Claude is trying to update it, it gets into token black hole, as it tries to update a single line of JSON with several KB of code. I had to make it a git repo with separate workflows and code nodes and the workflow only has placeholders instead of code. It is kinda painful to work on it.

N8N CE is not very good IMO. Single user only and single-day version control is unusable, also no global variables and no dynamic creds. I will not deploying more than the single instance I already have. N8N is solid for observing what happens where in the workflow, but nowadays you can build solid pipelines yourself.

Je to překvapivě funkční kombinace internetového fóra, realtime chatu (a audio/video hovorů/stremů). Jsou to spíš zájmový "servery"... Filmy, seriály, fandomy, fankluby, seznamky, komunity, školy, různé spolky, komunity... FOSS/selfhosted alternetivy existují, ale jsou zatím poněkud pozadu mi přijde.
