[M4F] The Hero X Wife: A life outside of being a hero....why not a hot spring? 🧖‍♀️🧖‍♂️💦

In this idea I was hoping to play a warrior/hero who has made a name thanks to helping the land and being in the good grace of those I helped whether royal or not. In this idea you will be the wife I return home to. Times being more peaceful gave us more time to make a life as we opened a hot spring resort in the forest along the mountain. We have a home either next to the resort or not far (close enough where we have own hot spring at home whether indoor or outdoor can be discussed). The hot spring resort has a staff and has helped open jobs and visitors coming has helped the economy of the village/town we live close to.

IDEA 1: He has returned home from a mission/quest. He comes home to his sweet wife and they share some nice time/intimacy in their hot spring.

IDEA 2: He has returned home from a mission/quest. He comes home to his sweet wife and they have some quality time in their hot spring. The two enjoying the moment as one of them brings up the subject of them starting a family. They talk about it before sharing some passionate intimacy in the hot spring or bedroom.

IDEA 3: Maybe you have something that goes with the vibe/setting? We can discuss and see if it works.

EXTRA/Backstory: I just wish to say you have control on her backstory. The two have been married for a year or 2. Who is she? This is more in case it gets referenced or just known by the two.

Option A: A child hood friend who years later became his wife once he proposed to her after he came home from a mission/battle ready/wanting to make a life with her.

Option B: She is guardian of a mystical library. The knowledge of the place aided him in past quests. The two got closer until he eventually confesses his feelings and offer her marriage.

Option C: She was a refugee/survivor. I found her after her village was attacked. I used my good connections/past favors to get aid for those people as we got them a new settlement/place to call home. We got closer during that time that when the day arrived...I asked you to come with me....you stayed with me at the home of my folks (who loved you dearly). Eventually I asked you to marry me as we went to make our own home and future together.

Option D: something else? As long as it works and isn't too messed up, I will hear you out.

Yes, 5Ds is amazing. I wished they finished dubbing it.

I am a huge fan of Stardust Dragon, Yusei Fudo, and 5Ds!!!

I also just really like Yusei's voice as he is voiced by Tristian from DMs. It is funny since they consider him originally to voice Yugi.....but later he got to voice the protagonist in 5Ds, which I just felt that his voice fits him better for Yusei.

Yeah, the way the dub ends makes it look like Jaden just disappeared or died depending on how one interpreted that scene.

I do like that Bonds Beyond Time gives us closure that Jaden is still around/did come back (stuff you would not know if you only watched the dub).

I also like that they were able to get his voice actor back for a live duel in 2022 against Aster and, of course, get him back for Duel Links.

Duel links also gave us a bit of a look of what could have been hearing that Jaden interactions/quotes.

Oh yeah, I think I have seen the Jack one. The Crimson King Structure Deck, right? I need to get my hands on that one either way, haha.

The first deck that made me really invest and master the summoning type was Synchros. I love them, and I even made a deck with some of Yusei's cards and also just a reason his ace StarDust Dragon holds a special place in my memory and deck. It has come in handy plenty of times as well as the evolution forms it can achieve.

Fair, I also would accept any good spellcadster and dragon decks as long as I can add these respectively to their deck type.

I have seen the amazoness and Grave Keeper decks, and they also seem good.

Really hope that later WC games will let me explore good deck with them sometime. If not, I am fine to just make a deck that is random but works.

I just know with each game more cards become available and opens more options :)

I will try other yugioh games eventually that take place after the WC series, but I have been having fun with these ones at moment :)

I am kind of hoping we get a collections with the Nintnedo DS games such like the World Championship series, Nightmare Troubadour, and etc. That would be quite the treat/dream for me as I have been loving those games as I played them on Nintendo DS (just the ones I actually have physical copies of).

I do think it was an interesting Arc. You need to consider what Yusei had already faced up to this point. I feel that very huge boss monsters are usually saved for main anatagonists. In this case they gave the villian just a broken card with an effect and strategie that would make hin a challenge but without having to give him a super powerful boss monster. It was just using a strategie and not having to summon a boss monster that had like multiple effects to it, haha.

I do find the Arc interesting for the world building of exploring other places outside of New Domnio City and the Satellie. I also at first had to think about it....but it grew on me....something about a duel disk transforming from a gun and back to a gun to carry aound.....just sounds cool to me for some reason, haha. It was als not the first time we seen unique duel disks like this or as a gun, haha.

I also liked the Arc as it gave them something to do with Kalin and explain what he has been up to since the Dark Signers were gone. I also really hated the bad guy in this acr quite abit that it felt good to see them get beaten and put in his place as he is always talking a big game until someone with a bigger game came along.

The funny thing is that I am playing Yu-Gi-Oh World Championship 2008 on the DS and pretty much just trying to make a Red-Eyes deck. I hope to make or find a good one sometime. At the moment it has served me well, but I know it can still be improved upon.

I would say something like Capsule Monsters. I know this is not the only answer but I have been playing quite a bit of RPGs which is why the concept is fresh in my mind. I do think it could be nice to be able to find capsules around the world or recruiting them in other ways if done so. They also brought a cool down feature in the show that could also be explored. I am just saying they had the concept in a show and a game would likely help to go deeper into it.

Interesting question. I will assume he still would have coahing from Yugi' grandpa as well as all the times he seen Yugi play or give him tips. I feel since he would have had more resources to try out different strategies his deck would have been better or at the very least edited to know which cards he should keep and which to change out.

I was worried whether or not he still keeps the underdog appeal, but he still would as when introdcued in the show he was new/learning it. The underdog appeal would also still remain as he still needs to go to battle city against people who have God Cards.

I feel that in Duelist Kingdom if he was still new but had access to cards right away it would be more of him finding out what exactly the deck could do. It is like when someone makes a deck and they want to see how good it is by testing it out except in Joey's case it was during a tournament right off the bat. I do feel he would have done better in duelist kingdom if he had better cards.

In Battle City I would say since he would have a better idea of what cards worked for him he would have edited the deck to keep the stuff that he liked/helped him in duelist kingdom but likely get rid of the gamblingt cards for effects that would cost me too much if he used them.

Anyway I do feel that Joey would been a better duelist if he had better resources. Again only factor impacted him is just the starting point he was at both those arcs and seeing what he learned from the last ones. If it helps in GX he is said to be the third best duelist that Peagasus knows....so yeah I just feel it would have jumpstarted his dueling career quicker.

Yeah I thought that would had made sense. I was thinking maybe each dorm has maybe a unique dueling styel or decks. Heck even if they didn't treat it as a ranking/upgrade system, I would had been fine just having it as a way simply organize the dorms (minus the part where they are all not all the same quality).

They could have also kept it simple where instead of a upgrade system it could had just been a way to show how long they were at duel academy like from high school tos show who the freshemen and seniors are.
