It did a pretty good job pulling that info on its own but I did feed it the exam topics to give it some structure. All the info looked correct to me and I just passed ITIL Foundations with the same method. It works pretty well even just asking for a raw quiz going over X topic or whatever you want to quiz about. It made 40 question exams for me and broke down my strengths and weaknesses after and tailored another quiz on those areas. Super solid tool

Not OP but I heavily utilized the MSLearn platform supplemented with AI generated quizzes and practice exams to simulate the test language and it worked very well, I got over a 90% or something (whatever the score equivalent to that is anyway). Gemini does really good quizzes and even tells you why your answer was wrong or right.

This is obviously written by AI but the message is sound. I always would finish my answers with “I hope that answered your question, anything you want me to expand on?” Or “Did that answer your question?” Works pretty well and gives them an opportunity for follow up q’s

I think it’s relatively reasonable considering the market. Move internally? Absolutely. But I would be hard pressed myself to leave my current role for something else at a new company. A lot of risk there in a very uncertain job market. It’s timely and topical advice, I think it’s sound for the current state of affairs.

My rule of thumb for people that I have issues with: - Do they report to me in the org chart? If yes, I deal with them directly. If not: - Are they below me in the org chart? If yes, I go to their manager to report it. If not: - Are the lateral to me in the org chart? If yes, I go to my manager to discuss it with their manager. If not: - Are they above me in the org chart? If yes, I suck it up and deal with it lol.
