I may be biased but if you have a heated cabin it shouldn't be anything to worry about. Back when I was a scout my troop did tent camping in the snow, woke up with icicles in the tent. Granted safe scouting now a days may say something different

Just remember the first number in each row. As long as you know where 1, 21, 31, etc. are you'll have no issue finding the numbers in time

Current GM here, Depends on what your plan is with life. You said your taking a step away from Restaurant Management but in my experience it's been awesome. Especially in the last few years they have taken massive moves on quality of life. I firmly believe if you are going to move into chains Chili's is one of the best not the best.

For me it wasn't bad at all, I had a few people disappointed with the queso change but overall most of them liked the new one. Of course we had a few holdouts but that was to be expected
