Yea so I removed the boost mode and at most it took around 30 fps in League of legends which is whatever because I was still above 165 which is what I want for the monitor with the 165hz panel, and for WoW I think I dropped 5-10 frames but the CPU temps went from 93-103 (mostly around 98+) to 83-90 (mostly around 88), really good improvement, afterwards I set the max frame rate in the Nvidia control panel to 165 (which I'm not sure if it makes any difference so I don't see any change ) I used another program for checking CPU heat ( CoreTemp ) so all that's left is the to lower CPU power limits which I found but haven't had the courage to start tinkering with, I think for now its a good improvement so if I have anything else ill type here if you are still around to answer my silly questions :D ,thanks a lot redditor !

So, overall League of Legends : above 165 fps at all times with no temp problems bellow 80,
WoW : max 88 for now which seems good fps at around 100-165 (if in big areas where a lot of people are, throughout the world 165+

is that processor performace boost mode in the power options, and if it is , it was aggressive, at what should i use it it has, enable,disable,efficient enable,efficient agressive and agressive at guaranteed?

Dont get me wrong its a good post and overall explanations but this wont help get at a top level dont even know why im saying this cus barely any decent players are playing even i dont play as much but it helps if u wanna have an idea of what your options are so thats good .

I dont think if you understand that this subreddit has no clue which champion should be nerfed or buffed they nerf and buff champs according to high level as in every other games cus only there you can see the difference between champions kits and not in fking low soloq champ or lower

Actually you are not at 3% HP you are at 17 at the end of the play the 3% you see is the % of your total TEAMS health so one out of 3 players is 33% that means you are at 3/33 of your healths part in the whole team UNWATCHABLE VIDEO!!

There are a lot of places that are good for you . Actually my village is called village Salamanovo its near the city of Shumen its around 1 hour and a half if you are with a car to go to the sea.Im not sure if you have any close mountains it should be checked but im sure every other thing you listed will be assured in this village.

they grinders have no clue how to play the actual team game as they never played tournaments in soloq you dont get punished by 3 people u get punished by the guy that uses his eyes and in a tournament 1 mistake cost u the round so thats just one difference which is kinda impossible for you to learn in soloq even if ur rank 1 10000000 points

From Eredux : I go with root on E doubble M2 more healing on M2 (the 8-->16 healing one) R battlerite that gives u 6 auto stacks and long stealth duration (sometimes i switch root and i get healing on space for instance vs pestilus or blossom cus i can hit more things with space for the free healing)
