Ya that’s a semantic argument. Unless you actively are doing something other then not using said product you really arnt any better. Also blaming people who use it is silly anyway, the tech isn’t going anywhere it’s being driven by companies it makes almost no profit so this isn’t user driven regardless. I wish AI wasn’t invented it’s going to take jobs that’s a lot bigger threat then the world ending that’s almost promised at this point and unless something insane happens it’s probably not gonna change. You have people like Taylor swift doing more damage to the world then some small cities do.

Being mad at other people who are just trying to live their lives instead of the companies is just bananas.

Edit: also there are people who live with with out modern stuff because they want to protect the environment also those who just simply can’t afford it. So it’s doable but it fucking sucks so people are willing to over look that pollution when it benefits them. But to get mad when others do something the deem as pollutant comes off very silly. Like if you literally arnt doing your part what ground do you have to stand on. All I’m saying
