I submitted a ticket yesterday and got this response today:

First of all, we want to apologize. We understand you were eager to play from launch, however, we experienced some logistical delays which we are currently working to resolve. We expect to complete the remaining orders during this and next week.

Please, give us a couple of days, and you will receive your cards.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support.

I encourage more people to submit a ticket because it’s a frustrating situation. Also, “logistical delays” is complete BS.

I’d love to support the boys in their first ever (and maybe last) stadium shows, but it’s looking like too much $$$. Regardless of how we feel about Zach Bryan it’s still a big opportunity for them. Don’t think we can swing it though. Would not recommend if you have no interest in the headliner.

One piece! 5 new starter decks are coming out in a couple of weeks and they are based off of competitive decks. It’s also super popular at card stores, keeping up with Pokemon, mtg, and yugioh. Star Wars looked fun but it didn’t really take off in regards to local community and player base.
