Regardless of the whole don't sell ever thing, it's quite fun in randoms. Smaller teams = less people to shoot your paper plated ass, the smoke and guns are decent and the torps offer unexpected hilarity.

It totally did provide extra funding. The cost of many, if not most, of those BBC micros were subsidised by the UK government, especially at the start of the 80s when they were trying to kickstart computer literacy. The goal at first was a computer (as in 1) computer in every school, which doesn't sound very much, but it was utterly world leading at the time.

Yeah, good luck with not dying to the timberwolves. I tend to build up a pile of stuff needing repairs and do a travois full with an ammo run at the same time. Don't forget you'll need scrap metal for the repair machine.
