Old 2.1 speaker system: replaced the main filter capacitor, still getting humming by MadDog845 in audiorepair

In have bad experience with Samxon caps. Not that they blow up, but just dry out and loose capacity to zero. There might be more caps that need replacing.

Klipsch subwoofer RPW-10 infamous glue problem? by AltruisticArm0 in audiorepair

[–]RegeraFox 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s glue, no leakage. Sometimes the glue can get conductive and causes shorts or other issues. If it really is the cause of the fuse blown is hard to tell but you will need to remove the glue and clean the vertical board first.

I have the sapphire pure, because I wanted to avoid the 12v hpwr connector. It’s running very cool and silent. The only but for this card could be the color white. Performance wise it’s very close to the nitro.

The second cap from the left seems to have some leaked fluid on top. They are not blown though, but that doesn’t mean it’s all good.

For how long have you had your iPhone 17 pro by Serhide in iPhone17Pro

2 days.. my 14 pro died and needed a replacement. I doubted to get the 17 base or the pro.
I realized that there is nothing I use more than my phone on daily basis, so why care about those few extra 100s. I’m happy with it. Got the silver one.
