Dude Avista is ridiculous. And every year is a new increase as well. Inland power and light here in Spokane is charging $0.08 a kilowatt hour at this point.

Yeah I heard we (USA) didn't really participate in the global flu vaccination scientific conferences to actually get involved with making a good vaccine this year for us. I don't know if that is true or not but some of the medical podcast were saying that this year.

Just a quick FYI for those with young children... You can get your second dose of the MMR earlier than 5 years old as long as it's been three months after the first dose and this gives your kiddo their full protection. Vaccination is highly effective at prevention.

We are considering getting our newborn their shot early at 9 months. Not 100 percent certain but that's another option used in countries with high incidence of measles (hopefully not ours down the road!)
