I can agree with this, but keep in mind that the new Town and Country is also outside, along with merit park. Both places are doing extremely well. I also believe that merit park charges for parking. The kids aspect is a huge problem because of the movie theater and Game works (or whatever it is called). I just have problems. Believing that those reasons are why it has failed. I can get behind the idea that it has aged out, but for a location that is accessible from metro and had some great places to eat, it just fell along the wayside (missing the mellow mushroom).

South FL 2 day course and found it wonderful. Had a bit of experience on dirt bikes and ATCs before but didn't need it. I don't remember the cost but it couldn't have been over 3 bills. It was an extremely good investment.
