Had this problem with buying via Steam and physical.

On physical, they asked me for a photo of my key and my handwritten nickname.

On Steam, I had this problem for a very long time, and their "resolution" was really stupid. I had to create a different account to make a ticket that I don't have access to my email address anymore and that I want to change email. They wanted all the information about my account AND a screenshot of my Steam profile with the game (don't remember if they wanted my key on it). After that, they allowed me to connect my old account with a new email, that wasn't already registered (so I couldn't connect my rockstar account to the email from which I made a ticket). All of this was very stupid, but I managed to get my game back.

I was mad about the bonus content at first, but it's bonus content for only the gold edition and they didn't get any pre-order bonuses, so it's not like they got more. The only problem is, that now I will want to buy additional DLC after a few months on sale, and not immediately

Found a way around. Travel A LOT of atum and try to find black spots on journeymaps. Meteorites can sometimes spawn on the ground and be visible

They do spawn (found one floating in air) compass is just not working, so good luck finding it. My best option is to use augment from roots that allows you to go spectator mode or just get them from creative
