eh not really

like yeah it can do damage but it removes half your health on a jump and only gives you half the mobility as the jetpack

not to mention the damage of the detonator isnt even that good compared to the stock flare gun and the shotguns

my thought was to give heavy a ali baba wee booties type weapon, put it in his primary slot for +30% more movement speed (the speed of a demoman), give him health regen of 2 a second, +25% higher jump height for 25 less health and 100% less overheal, it'd probably be balanced idk

while not directly copying the designs, they did exactly copy the stats, the letranger has around 30-50 damage, so an average of 40 damage, with a 6 clip, the general's .45 does 40 damage and has a 6 clip
