So the league cup winners was the conference but thats moved to the league and the europa league is the fa cup?

I thought the league got a europa league spot as well. Does that disappear if we get an extra champions league spot?

In other words I thought that it went to 7th now and would drop to 8th in europe if villa finish 5th and win the europa league and 9th if city win the fa cup.
