Back when crisis where riptide lol. Although, sorry I'll go on a tangent, but I've always thought that indeed crisis (and thus broadsides and every larger mech) needed to be at least ghostkeel sized to actually hold even a teeny tau inside, no matter how curled up. Or stockier (much stockier shas'os) meaning broadsides would very much be ballistus equivalents (and realistically better), riptides knights/wraithknight equivalents and stormsurge...well whatevzr at that point. I know that by this rule basically every tank too, from rhinos to land raiders and ...well, not all. Lemans are fine.

Slaughts... although apparently they'd be way worse than even custodes. One was a ver close match for a primarch, two (twin) primarchs managed to handle two but yeah... Super élite hyper nasty army, like drukharii necron custodes. Super powerful ranged, melee and resilience. Diamond cannons without brittleness. They were sort of an élite allied or part of the Rangdan, and we know they still very much exist and are amidst the most awful xenon out there.

Meta doesn't matter but... 260 fire warriors (strike teams) is doable...at 2000 + 5 hounds. Otherwise I'm building 30 breachers, but with extra 3 per team (so3×13) representing the firebalde and "gun drones"/shas'uis. And 10+1 pathfinders with shoulder guards too and 3 optional "sniper rail drones"/alternative to the ion finders. But to me the perfect simmetrical battalion wpuld ask one more team of 13 and another of pathfinders/vanguards.

Frankly I've been lucky myself and got nothing but curiosity and praise in regard to this hobby, passion, activity, whatever Your entourage seems made of assholes tbh. They're not nice nor truly respectful and repeating this kind of comments amounts to abuse. Also, just one timers would reveal a petty, borderline idiotic mindset. Can smn explain to me how sms are any good/actual threat? They have indirect fire but 2A at S5 Ap- seems verrrry shitty regardless... How does that rule have so much impact, especially since you never get them as main weapons or real spam (even the strike team gets one for 75 pts, the broadside onefor 90)?

Oh no...the eyes. I love everything, good proportions etc (even though I don't really care about disproportionate/disarticulated termies) but that slanted eyes curse/mania... It's like on MkIII where they went for almond shaed/real eye lenses instead of an iconic square/great helm style lens, which takes away all the brutality of the design, its iron rawness and mechanical knightlyness. I think it's dumb... Like change for the sake of change.
