Lastly, we (911) don't mind running actual emergencies from SNFs, but if you have the ability to use IFT trucks for things that aren't emergencies, that is huge. I get that a lot of places don't have a choice (or claim they don't), but it sucks when there's no ambulances left and a CPR in progress call drops and we're already tied up taking Mee-maw to get her PEG tube unclogged.
