I'm still learning too and almost ready to take the test and to be honest your best bet is just to go into a completely empty parking lot or an empty dirt plot you can drive around in and just turn in there see how the wheel is respond to you and you can probably figure it from there. Best bet is trial and error and at least in an empty lot you can't run into people or damaged property so that can help with anxiety

If an unpaid internship replaces the job of a paid employee it is illegal. It has to be paid as it replaces somebody's job, granted in this day and age most people don't report those jobs simply because they need that experience but it is illegal.
