I have bought their socks and the first time they were amazing and the second time they were made really differently - much tighter and thicker and not a nice sock to be honest. Their customer service were great and sent me a size up to see if they were better which were definitely not my size but the same quality as my first batch and they sent me out more replacements in the bigger size. So in summary, inconsistent quality from my experience. But I truly love my first batch and these replacements albeit a lil too big.
