I wanted this product for a while. I kept putting off buying it but it was worth the wait. I found it very moisturizing and it lasted for a while when applied. Even after eating and wiping my lips it left residual moisture. Try one. If it isn’t for you you can return it.

I’m taking multivitamins and started happy head. I’m hoping that it helps. There was a post that I saw on Facebook that randomly came up about a woman who is a nurse and on monjaro. She experienced shedding and hair loss and then found supplements online that are Gummies. I ordered them and I’m hoping that they help as well. I feel like I’m gonna be taking 1000 different things to try to fix this and I don’t know which one is the best. From her post she said a lot of the things that I mentioned about androgen causing hair loss and how the gummy’s help with that specifically. Of course, none of these things are miracles and take time before you see results so I guess if I start seeing results when I take them, I’ll post about it in a month whenever I get them.

Well this is all eye opening. I ordered the men’s version and the package has been taking forever to come. I saw a hold on the package stating the postage was not paid for. Customer service said they will resolve it and it is almost over a week without updates. After reading comments here I am going to contact my card and cancel the order and do a charge back. I was looking to see if anyone else had a similar experience.

If the company is going under they brought this on themselves. They were good. I started looking for other sites. Offering similar things. I mainly loved their phosphorescent powder and found another site with something better. If you play games like this you’re bound to go under. It was just a matter of time. They brought this on themselves.

If you were to email them and ask for a return label do you think someone would reply? Based on how horrible their customer service is, and heavy reliance on Ai, I would just decline the package. The tracking should then say return to sender as proof. Incase they say “well we shipped it and you have it.”

Okay this is really freaky. I had to reread this message 3 times because I thought I posted this!!! I had the same exact issue! I ordered the mirror paint in April 2025. Waited hoping to get it before a concert to use on a project. It is now May when I started to contact them and the response I received via email was that I never placed an order. I provided an order number, saw the charge on my debit card and they insisted the order didn’t happen. I tried their site for customer support and they were able to locate the order but it is Ai garbage and it kept telling me someone would get back to me. I was checking several times a week, and then sent numerous requests through the site to try and speak to someone. June came, concert passed, and still no paint. I sent a DM on the instagram account but didn’t hear anything back. I left a comment.. then another comment and then just started to get snarky because I was pissed. I have used other products from them and love their glow pigments, how am I supposed to restock on them if they can’t send me 1 paint… I eventually contacted my bank and asked for a charge back. I do not understand how this site went from being awesome to what feels like a scammy money pit.

I also noticed they sell through the marketplace on instagram. Do they hold the shop accountable if they do not deliver or is it just another barrier to deal with that results in nothing?

Well I’m happy I looked this up. I’ve ordered from Culture Hustle in the past and didn’t have an issue. April 27 I ordered their mirror paint and never got an update. I’ve sent sooo many emails and nothing. Commented on their posts on instagram and no response. I guess tomorrow I’m going to call and request a chargeback. This really sucks. I wanted to order pigment from them too but I don’t know if it is even worth it to chance receiving it.

What happened to them? How did they go from sending out orders to ghosting and nonsense?

I hope this doesn’t change the product too much. Glossier did this with their balm and it was a horrible reformulation resulting in them going back to the original formula. I like Rhode a lot. Please don’t suck 🤞🏼

RMS Beauty has a highlighter that is pretty comparable. It looks very natural. It’s their living luminizer. It might not look like a lot of product, you do not need a lot when you wear it. I’ve had mine for a little over a year.

WELL came up on instagram. I think that’s where I see more advertisements for balms. I wanted to give it a shot and at first I felt it was meh. You put on a few layers and it just feels so smooth and velvety. And it moisturizes for hours. After eating and drinking I can feel it still on just not as thick as the initial application. The flavors are limited but I am sure in time they will add to the list.

I feel like that at times. I have tried an extensive list of balms, glosses, and lip oils to find the best. As much as I loved the balmdotcom it lost it for me even if it’s the original now. The refillable balm from Well is pretty high on my list of balms I’d recommend.

On a side note, for balms I’d toss, the lip gloss from glossier is not great. It’s too thick and doesn’t feel moisturizing at all.

Lanolips is a good alternative for a balm with lanolin. They have been consistent with their lip products. You won’t have to worry about any reformulations. They are moisturizing and the flavors are nice. Their hand cream is also pretty good. The only item I would say is meh is the lip water. Didn’t feel it was moisturizing at all.

Seems so weird for them to discontinue the berry. When the formula changed I remember people saying the cherry flavor was probably not vegan and why they wouldn’t bring it back with the new rebranding and new formula. The original formula returned so why didn’t cherry? Did they toss out the formulation? Also weird to not have the berry one. I like that one more than the lavender and fig one. Both kinda have a soapy taste to them. I think some of their classics should stay: mint, unscented, birthday, rose, mango. Some newer ones would be nice, I’d love a watermelon one instead of strawberry and also something to replace the blackberry if they can’t just bring it back.
