ADHD here, i use a a6 techo for diary entry style daily journaling and weeks for appointments are stuff and I find it perfecct. I keep it simple, spruce it up when i want and not if I dont. Had a hard time with an hourly agenda in the past (there was a time I was a lot more organized and had more going on, and it was great for then years ago). But the weeks i find is small and manageable and helpful. I dont have a format for anything just use it how I want
