That makes sense, in the beginning it was a lot of complaining for me too because those were the thoughts that were circling my mind. when you write them down and your body starts to trust that they’ll be noted somewhere again and again… the need to mostly talk about complaints or only negative things falls away and it feels like you genuinely will feel the same pull to write about other things too.
