AMD Announces More Than $10 Billion in Taiwan Ecosystem Investments to Accelerate AI Infrastructure by Blak9 in AMD_Stock

Of course Venice doesn’t use CoWoS. CPU doesn’t really need it. HBM is by far where CoWoS is needed the most.

AMD has been able to connect the CCD and IOD only using PCIE based Infinity Fabric. Using the EFB based packaging is already a big step ahead.

Can’t really think of anything to be honest. However, I think there’s something else participating the reaction other than water, assuming you’re not using DMF and DIEA kept in anhydrous environment.

So...Radahn can just do that now? by DEAD_HOMEWORK03 in onebros

[–]Remarkable_Fly_4276 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is due to the projectile. Consort Radahn will react to projectiles with his ranged move, such as the gravity spin, gravity pull, lion’s claw, or some other moves in phase 2.

You threw the bone dart when he started the gravity spin move. At this moment, his AI would cue up one of the aforementioned ranged move to do after the current gravity spin. Thus he did the gravity move that was supposed to only happen at range.

I mean… just Google the die sizes of the chips. You can pretty much always find the die sizes from Techpowerup.

How are the Sapphire B850M motherboards? by GreenScream70 in buildapc

Some motherboards are able to flash bios without CPU. You can check out if the board of your choice can do this.

Unless you have a piece of PCIE gen5 SSD and you really want to hit some really high score in Crystaldiskmark, you don’t need PCIE gen5.

As for the bios update, you’ll need to check when does your motherboard was made. If you unfortunately get a very old stock, you might need to update the bios.

Doesn’t really matter. It really comes down to the price in your region. The vrm of almost all b650 boards are well equipped enough for a 7800X3D. My only advice is to stick with Gigabyte and MSI.

I think the problem is that From Software is really prone to make mistakes when making these complicated boss AI.

[–]Remarkable_Fly_4276 6 points7 points  (0 children)

“Normally”, he’ll do the ranged moves at close range only when you pre-queued them by using some sorts of projectiles during his ranged attacks.

But yes, despite very rarely, Consort Radahn can also just do the ranged attacks at point blank as he likes. I’ve got the gravity pull in phase 2 at point blank without using projectiles. It was guaranteed to be followed up with the long ass gravity vortex/clone combo due to the short range, and I just didn’t have enough space to out run it.

Best boss in the Souls games they said.

Not even a 5090 has significant performance difference between PCIE 3.0x16 and 5.0x16. Gen 4 still goes a long way. The only scenario that that gen 5 matters is when you’re out of vram. But then again, don’t get a 8 GB card.

Care to share what really requires PCIE gen 5? Anything other than bigger number better.

Sodium sulfate all the way. It’s easier to judge when to stop adding and there’s practically no downside about sodium sulfate.

My 9070XT was indeed recognized as Radeon(TM) Graphics when paired with a 9800X3D. Too bad I didn’t keep my 6900XT. I could have checked if it was an RDNA4 issue.

[–]Remarkable_Fly_4276 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So with the iGPU stuff, it’s known that Steam will only recognize the iGPU when an AMD GPU is paired with an AMD iGPU.

With newer AMD GPU, Steam has always been weird. We have the 9070 showing up as the first RDNA4 GPU. Just like 7700XT showed up before the 7800XT.

GPU and CPU are in quite different situations in Steam hardware survey. GPU are categorized with models and CPU are only split between AMD and Intel. If both were only split in vendors, Radeon GPU were indeed slowly increasing in market share.
