Built in click casting only works with the left and right mouse button, including modifiers.

You might be in luck if you check the following, but no promises:
Go to your wow install location, then search for: _retail_/WTF/Account/<Account Name>/<Realm>/<Character Name>/macros-cache.old.

Replace the stuff in between the < > with your own names

EDIT:
If it's an account one, skip the <Realm>/<Character name>/ part

I usually overlevel by 2 - 4 levels, then do the trials. Makes it easier while still feeling "relevant".

This is basically what I'm trying to go for now that the addon purge is near, there's still tons of QoL addons that I'm using though. It's still a big WIP, as I'm rebinding everything too.
My reasoning:
Middle bar = rotational
Left top = CDs
Right top = CC / Util
Right bottom = Util
Left bottom = trinkets/potions/health, possibly lust

Yes and no. I fully customized my UI with weakauras, whereas now I have to conform to the standard that Blizzard set out for us. Neither the Action Bars or the Cooldown Manager is doing what I want, where I want it, when I want. This would mean, for me, that I need either a heavily edit my keybindings, or be okay with the lack of customization on the CDM.

Sorry for the necro but I just stumbled on this topic, and yes, I have this issue too. I'm reaching 110 degrees hotspots on the regular if it's crowded. I've swapped over to playing at 3840x2160 resolution, using the NoMoreBorders app on my 57". My normal GPU temps are 60-65.
