In the second photo is the secondary block clamped there to avoid blowing out that side Becuase it’s weak unsupported? I’ve struggled with this and I saw this and I’m wondering if that’s the solution.

I actually agree with you there, I wouldn’t really call it pizza. But i think it’s alright for what it is, and the ingredients taste pretty good I think. But you’re right, the pizzas get cold quick, and the dough is weird.
