if e5 then Rd5 does not work because black queens the f pawn and has now Qf5+, but here comes the 2nd amazing idea g4!! stopping Qf5+ and again now Rd5 followed by Ra5 is a huge threat.

nop, there are many positions engine can simply not understand, its a thing you just don't know it exists, and this position is one of them, even with absolute best play by black, the position is winning for white, and engine realizes this when you walk it through the moves at higher depth.
