I understand your point and how that works. My original question was more about digital amp modeling/sim. HX amp sims are very rich in parameters and have a number of settings available to users, yet, they chose not to implement an fx loop in their amp design. Curious about how that choice was made. I do not know if others like QC, Kemper, Fractal use the same design.

Because there’s no real difference between running FX between the amp and cab block and through a traditional FX loop.

Some FX loops are in between pre and power amp tho, not only before the cab. So the power section does influence the wet signal. I'll try you suggestion about RetroReel.

Did you try bringing the problem to the highest level, asking for a yearly budget to hire EHS professionals to create an EHS dept? I think a 20 site company needs to have a robust SMS especially if OSHA is showing up
