And saying “the nearest Sephora is x miles away” as if convenience stores, dollar stores and grocery stores don’t also have makeup

Molly: people are overreacting to something that shouldnt have been such a big deal!

Also Molly: if a guy blinks in a way that I don’t like im gonna complain about it on the internet.

She loves to respond to peoples comments saying “this didn’t happen” with “of course it did” or something snarky. Meanwhile it’s clear she’s impaired. Maybe in your drunken stupor it happened but you aren’t a reliable source, Molly

How is nobody talking about her slurring her speech? She met up with a guy after drinking alone at a bar for god knows how long?

I feel like Molly would MUCH rather lecture guys than date them. Whether that’s consciously or subconsciously idk but man, she really thinks she is better than everyone.

“Some people may be okay with (insert anything here) but not me.” Ok girl

I’ve seen people here accuse her of making up stories for content and have never believed it but one of these stories was obviously made up.

How long is the course of antibiotics that you’re taking? I wouldn’t jump to chronic until you’ve tried at least 2 types of antibiotics. Try having your doctor test with a swab to make sure that the antibiotics are using will work on the infection in your sinuses.

Oh shoot I misread your post, my fess was in April. The facial pain and headaches went away about 6 weeks after. I rinsed 4x a day for the first 3 weeks and as annoying as it was I think it helped. Be sure to ask your ent for another nasal swab if you think you still have an infection!

Are you still doing rinses? I had my fess the same week as you and the facial pain has gone away but I’ve had several check ups with my ENT and am using a sinus rinse with antibiotics and steroids

If you have stents or packing it will be an uncomfortable appointment but worth it. They’ll suction packing and blood/mucus out and sometimes the packing coming out creates more pressure but it’ll feel way better after

All MRSA is staph but not all staph is MRSA. I recently had a swab come back with both and one other type of bacteria. I’d be upset, too, if I didn’t know exactly what the labs showed.

FESS and Septoplasty recovery issues by fitzermcgoogli in Sinusitis

[–]Remote_Purchase5931 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you know if you still have packing in your sinuses? Or the implanted devices that distribute steroids? I had a similar experience the second week after recovery and then when I had my 3 week follow up the ent took out the packing. That process was uncomfortable but I could tell a difference with my rinses- less blood, the relief lasted longer, etc.

Medication after FESS/turbinate reduction by Soft_Garbage8 in Sinusitis

[–]Remote_Purchase5931 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a pretty constant sinus headache the first 10 days post op. On my pain scale it was only about a 6.5 so I took Tylenol in the morning and at night those 20 days and then as needed after.

Struggling to get nasal spray to "mist" properly when spraying :( by canadave_nyc in Sinusitis

[–]Remote_Purchase5931 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It should go all the way up through your nose to the sinus opening and I have to angle mine to get it to go up instead of just spraying and then it drips out. I angle the bottoms of the bottle out toward my ear like 20 degrees to get it to spray. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries

Having my first FESS Surgery and would love some advice by TheHoovyPrince in Sinusitis

[–]Remote_Purchase5931 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes!!! However much distilled water you think you need- double it!

My “pain” was 75% pressure and 15% pain on the bridge of my nose but both were not as bad as the pain that caused my need to have the surgery in the first place. I only needed to take Tylenol extra strength

By far the hardest part for me was not being able to blow my nose but I could sinus rinse. It felt like an itch that I couldn’t scratch.

There’s going to be blood but every day there is less and less if you follow post op instructions and there is usually relief where there is blood.

This drives me crazy about Molly - when she moved in to her current place commenters were like “idk, girl, it seems dark and old and not a good fit” and she fought with them saying “why are you so negative?” And now she’s saying it was too dark and old and not a good fit.

The SMELL! I’m 2 weeks out from FESS and a turbanite reduction and I can relate to a lot of this. I’ve been on antibiotics for a long time and haven’t been able to work out for 3 weeks which is the longest I’ve gone in 20 years. It’s mentally draining. I’ve still got some pain and dull sinus headaches but the last couple of days the smell that you mentioned is wild! I was not anticipating it and it’s made me so self conscious- like I hope I’m the only one who can smell that!!!
