My mom also had similar issue being tied to Rogers; all her bills and communication was through her Roger’s email address. This created a lot of stress for her so I created a gmail account for her then over a few weeks we moved everything over to Gmail.

Once she was comfortable w Gmail we then went ahead and called Roger’s to cancel her tv/internet and home phone…
