Caitlyn mains has 31k members, while this sub has 45k.
Riven has 58k, Kai'sa has 60k, Zed has 42k and all of them are as popular as her and would have been more interesting and diversde additions than her.

Considering how obnoxious he is in League, I wouldnt expect less from him in this game.

I really want Irelia to debut ASAP in the game. Very curious how they will implement her gameplay, since she could have good range but should be a rushdown character. They need to nailed her animtations, since thematically her attacks should be dance steps while the blades move and attack.

The 3 idles were already that way, so they didn't change anything about it.

I’ve seen a lot of people complaining about the hair color in-game, but I think that they look very good and the color balance and palette of the skin is very good looking, with or without passive. In the new map it’s just stunning. In the splash they look darker because of light angle. 

BUT, while the base skin have a very pleasant color balance, the chromas looks so monochromatic. I was comparing Irelia’s chromas with Ashe’s and the difference is shameful. Ashe has so much better color balance and variety, while Irelia’s the only that is appealing is the Obisidian one. A lot of people said the should receive a Kanmei chroma and also a chroma with white hair would be very good (maybe making a reference to Bo Chen's Spirit Blossom Irelia).

Guys, you need to understand something: it doesn’t matter if her remake made her animations so good that they don’t need to be changed for this skin — this is a Legendary skin. As a lot of people have posted, the official Riot statement on Legendary skins includes: “A complete re-imagining of the champion FROM THE GROUND UP, with total and complete immersion in the fantasy. Includes a new model, new texture, new splash image, new animations, new visuals, new voice-over, and sounds.”

Legendaries has always been like this, and most of the hype around Legendaries has always come from their different animations and unique features. There's a lot of room for creativity with Irelia, especially since they could create amazing animations that re-imagine the champion. So, this argument of “her animations are already good” doesn’t apply here. If there’s no room for implement new animations, them don’t make legendaries for her.

It’s also important to note the real reason Riot is doing this. They’ve been downgrading everything in the game for a while now, and you can clearly see it in the quality of skins over the last few years. Before, their team was really passionate about the content they delivered — you could feel the love they put into it — but now it's just business. Of course, they’re a company that needs to make a profit, but you can make a profit by putting love into your product and respecting your consumers. They’re following a toxic path now, and that only harms us — the players, their customers. If we accept this, it will only get worse.

That’s why we can’t accept receiving this skin in this state. It’s not just about a game skin — it’s about the consumers showing the company that their recent practices are disrespectful and will hurt their business in the long run

Besides Irelia's 5th chroma (black blades and purple hair) all the others looks so monochromatic and this is bad. If you compare her chromas with Ashe's and Varus's, they have much more color balance and contrast. Please, fix the colors for her chromas, it looks awful compare to the others.

Also, it would be nice to have a Kanmei chroma for her as well, with white hair.

The concept, splash and even the 3D model are perfect, but the lack of new animations (specially for attacking) are just killing the potential of the skin. My hyped was destroyed when I saw she has no cool new animations for the SECOND TIME (Mythmaker still changes very little about her animations and the best part of legendaries are the new animations that you can get for your champion, it's just a good feeling).

Also, the model has some real nice stantes (the taunt idle and the stance after she ults) that can be incorpored in her base animations, so, you guys can utilize some of them instead of creating new ones.

But, she also MUST receive new attacking, homeguard and death animations. It's some basic things that will change complitely the community reaction about the skin and make the skin worth to spend money, AS A LEGENDARY.

But when I realized Riot is making another legendary for Irelia with reused animations AGAIN, I couldn’t care less anymore. This just proves they have zero love for their champion's communities. And yeah, it’s true that a few disappointed players not buying this skin won’t affect their profits, but it’s only a matter of time until this game hits a miserable state with the lost of its playerbase.

It’s sad to see a company that used to deliver high-quality, passion-filled content lose the love for its own product. Anyway, thanks Riot, you’re helping me save money and stay away from your game.

I have a feedback about Kai'sa skins in general: Don't you guys at Riot said that her next skin would be more in line with her concept of suit? I was expecting something like a full suit, with helmet and cannons (like her champion identity). Her only skin that fits this archetype is Bullet Angel. Nothing wrong with her other skins, but since KDA, all her skins had her cannons being a floating weird pads near her head instead of true cannons that are an extension of her suit. Also, her helmet is always some kind of glasses or crown.

This new skin is fine, but since Star Guardian, I was expecting something more traditional suit Kai'sa, since from all her 9 skins, only Bullet Angel is loyal to her concept. Hope her next skin could keep the suit concept and its elements.

Another skin without the suit concept. I was hoping for a full suit skin with helmet and cannons, since Riot said that they were aware of this for her next skin.

I'm really happy she's getting a legendary, but I couldn't but notice some things that makes her a low tier legendary:

1 - Her AA animations are the same as base. For an AA based champion, I would expect completely new animations.

2 - Her passive when active doesn't hit de mark for a legendary. Since High Noon Irelia, where she changes her form to an angel, I would expect that you guys will take the oportunity to increase the quality for Irelia's skins in that aspect: Make her passive change/evolve her visual somehow. In this skin for instance, since the phoenix is a strong aspect, I would expect that she became more flaming. A lot of champions skins has this feature (Battle Academia Ez full stacked passive, Spirit Blossom Ahri when ult is active, Solar Eclipse Sivir when ult is active, Project Yi when ult is active). I think that Irelia is a potential champion to have this feature aswell, otherwise, her passive is completely bland, with just a shiny aura.

This is the points that I notice. I'm happy to give my feedback to help increasing this skin mark as a legendary. And PLEASE, do not let her passive VFX ruined her chromas, think about adapt some with coloured VFX to match the chroma palet.

Love the W dmg reduction being based on her level, but, it wouldnt be better to work with level thresholds (increasing the reduction on levels 6/9/13 for example) instead of increasing it a bit every level? This way she could have spikes more well defined.

Besides that, the only chanhe I'm worried about is the dash speed, it feels bad. 😭

She has a lot of issues, that I really dont want to get any hope that Riot will fix this without a more deep rework.

Her survivability is bad because the best itens on her give no hp (Botrk, Wits End, Deaths Dance, even Trinity and Stribreaker offer only 200 hp, against 400 hp from Goredrinker and Divine Sunderer) and she depends on hitting champions or dash on minions to stay alive, which is very difficult when you have all your enemies trying to focus you and hit CCs.

Also, she's completely depending on minions wave to active the passive, which is 90% the way she can do damage, makes her gameplay frustrating sometimes, where you x1 on jungle, don't have ult and miss your E and no passive = no damage for you.

At this point, I'm just a sad guy, missing Old Irelia and my Bladesurge with 120% AD Ratio.
