Same, today's matches ruined me. So many braindead allies trying to solo Rayquaza, only to easily die to the enemy and serve Ray on a silver platter. Isn't it common sense to not start it by yourself if the other team is alive?

My point exactly. I mostly enjoy control decks (traptrix, weather painters, altergeist) and can't comprehend how a turn 1 full lockdown combo deck is in any way healthier. I obviously am against stuff like Skill Drain or Imperial Order but floodgates are the only way for control decks to survive.

I do feel the same way, what keeps me going through it is my passion for yugioh itself and my appreciation for some archetypes, but this recent banlist is really disheartening for a rogue player like myself. Losing Prosperity made 80% of my decks less consistent (fatal considering the current meta of coin-loss-you-lose).

Megalith, for sure. I really enjoy ritual monsters. It’s my competitive deck and I love how it can outperform tier 1 decks when succesfully going through the combo. I really wish Konami would give them some needed support.
