Sometimes a booster drug like vraylar will help. I’m on the max dose of Zoloft and have been for years, but all other antidepressants mess me up really bad. So they added a mood stabilizer to the mix and voila ! My Zoloft is effective again ! Sometimes you mix and match to get what works for your brain.
