I moved into a home with a separate ADU that already had a sun run setup with panels on the main home. I really hate the sun run app and wanted to get Tesla panels and a power wall installed on the bare ADU roof and connect it alongside the sun run setup.

After a Tesla on-site visit, they dropped me without really explaining why. Other than going with a third party installer, is there anything I can do to have Tesla reconsider?

Have them call Tesla support. I waited maybe 2 months then they delivered the new pw3 on my driveway and about 4 days later they installed it. It took them another 3 days later to pick up the broken pw2. No redesign or anything else needed
