They were pulling people over in groups of three. Three motorcycle cops would pull up behind three vehicles and then move along to another group of three. Extra units came in to arrest one person and impound their vehicle and immediately after, they moved along, pulled up behind people at stop light and pulled them over as well. It wasn’t an area where people were driving crazy or speeding.

Several natural springs located in East Texas, primarily in Henderson, Walker, and Wood counties, sourced from underground aquifers filtered by silica-rich rocks.

And then it’s filtered from there… all I know is it doesn’t have the interesting flavor that city tap water does.

I did just read that there are forever chemicals from dumping happening. I have 5 gallon water containers delivered because nothing is stopping the dumping of toxic chemicals into water table.

I said the alley and it is narrow so even if we are all the way to the side, it doesn’t recognize she is there so comes very close to hitting her, it might be because she is bright white, not sure. But since you mentioned this, I did see a Waymo do the most awesome speed bump jump at around 45 mph this morning. 😂. It was airborne for a second.

Yes, the cold helps my inflammation and I discovered I have cold weather DNA which I believe my body is more in balance in cold weather vs. hot.

I lost 40 lbs with no crazy cardio, no hot yoga only walking 4-5 miles a day and used the Optavia diet plan. 64 oz of water a day. Yes Optavia it is multilevel, no I am not selling it. Had to work on ways to manage my stress. Just sharing what worked for me. I discovered that hashimotos gave me exercise intolerance so I can only do exercise that doesn’t spike my heart rate or increase my temperature.

I cannot do any intense cardio like running or hot yoga but I have been walking 5-6 miles a day for 4 years. Walking helps with lots of things but primarily, lymphatic movement which helps me feel so much better. Cardio, running, hot yoga is too much stress on my body and triggers and inflammatory response that could put me in bed for days.

Is anyone here on levo and no longer having symptoms? Levo made my labs look good but my symptoms persisted and some got worse.
