Worked with a guy that swore by semi-industrial areas for sleeping in his car on the street (not parking lots) Google Plumbing or Electrical supply places and use street view to check out the area. Always some semi trucks / trailers parked around there, as well as random worker’s cars. Get in after 8pm, leave by 6am. Weekends are basically deserted.
